2 c old fashioned oats
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
Pinch of salt
1/4 c oil
1/4 c maple syrup (or honey if you don't want the maple)
Spread out onto a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for one hour
Makes the whole house smell great! Works perfect on yogurt or by itself!
